10 Shopkeepers Arrested

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th May, 2018 ) ::The district administration Sunday arrested 10 shopkeepers for not displaying price lists at their shops. Deputy Commissioner (DC) Zahid Suhail visited the Fruit and Vegetable Market to monitor the auction process.
Talking to people on the occasion, he said that the district administration would take strict action against profiteers. The profiteers would spend Eid in jails, he warned. He said that price control magistrates were conducting raids on daily basis. Over Rs 2 lakh fine has been imposed on profiteers. Similarly, cases have been registered against 20 profiteers.
