125 Gangs Arrested Last Year

FAISALABAD, Jan 3 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Jan, 2017 ) : The district police smashed 125 criminal gangs and arrested their 374 members besides recovering items and weapons during the last year.
According to a police spokesman, police recovered 64 cars, three vans, 252 motorcycles, 141 cell phones, a tractor-trolley, three peter engines, 63 buffaloes, 19 batteries of different capacity, six cows, four bulls, 28 goats and two transformers.
Police also seized weapons, including five Kalashnikovs, 179 pistols, five repeaters, five rifles, a revolver, a pistol, four pump actions, six guns, a carbine and a rifle.
