17 Booked Under Black Law PSA In Ganderbal

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Oct, 2016 ) : At least 17 people, in occupied Kashmir, have been booked under black Public Safety Act (PSA) in Ganderbal district and shifted to different jails.
Three persons Wasim Ahmad Sofi, Bashir Ahmad Rather and Asif Ahmad Mala were booked under PSA and were shifted to Kotbhalwal jail in Jammu, a police official said,Kashmir Media Service reported.
Wasim Ahmad Sofi is the second person of his family booked under draconian law PSA. Last month his cousin Imran Masjid Sofi was booked under PSA and shifted to Kathua jail. Bashir Ahmad Rather is a district president of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front for Ganderbal.
The number of civilians booked under black law Public Safety Act in Ganderbal district during last few days has reached 17 till date. Fifteen of them were shifted to 15 shifted to Jammu jails while2 lodged at central jail in Srinagar, the police official added.
