198 Dehs Declared Calamity Hit Areas In Sindh

Sindh Relief Department has declared 198 Dehs of Jamshoro and Badin districts as calamity hit areas following drought situation due to not receiving sufficient rainfalls.

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Sep, 2018 ) :Sindh Relief Department has declared 198 Dehs of Jamshoro and Badin districts as calamity hit areas following drought situation due to not receiving sufficient rainfalls.

According to announcement here on Wednesday, out of 198, 110 Dehs are situated in Jamshoro district which included 42 in Sehwan Taluka, 25 in Manjhand Taluka, 28 in Thana Bola Khan Taluka and 15 in Kotri Taluka.

Remaining 88 Dehs which have been declared calamity hit are situated in Badin district including 28 in Badin Taluka, 16 in Golarchi Taluka, 10 in Matli Taluka, 21 in Tando Bago Taluka and 13 in Talhar Taluka.
