200 Connections Of WASA Disconnected Over Bills Non-payment

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Thursday disconnected 200 connections of Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Rawalpindi over non-payment of arrears amounting to Rs70.36 million.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Dec, 2018 ) :Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Thursday disconnected 200 connections of Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Rawalpindi over non-payment of arrears amounting to Rs70.36 million.

According to the IESCO spokesman, the company in its five circles launched a full-fledged operation against power thieves and defaulters to prevent line losses and recovery from defaulters.

Meanwhile, IESCO Chief Chaudhry Shahid Iqbal directed to ensure 100 per cent recovery from the defaulters.

He also directed the officers concerned to extend best services to the consumers and address their grievances promptly.
