24 LCDs Removed From Buses In Multan

The district administration removed 24 illegal sized Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screens, installed in different commercial buses, during an operation, here on Tuesday
The special operation was carried out under the supervision of Regional Transport Secretary (RTA) Kamran Bukhari.
Officials from police also assisted the staffers of Motor vehicle staffers during the operation.
Similarly, another 11 buses were fined for overloading.
RTA Kamran Bukhari while talking to passengers observed that installation of LCDs in buses were causing accidents as these divert attention. The government had banned LCDs in buses, he remarked. He further informed that nobody would be allowed to install LPG Cylinders in commuters vehicles also.
Bukhari also added that special training was also being introduced for physical and mental fitness of drivers.
