28 Lawbreakers Including Seven Kite Sellers Rounded Up From Rawalpindi

Olice in their crackdown against anti-social elements have arrested 28 lawbreakers including seven kite sellers besides recovering 3275 grams charras, 75 liters liquor, a 30 bore pistol with 29 rounds, 1348 kites and 18 kite flying string rolls from their possession.

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Feb, 2018 ) :Police in their crackdown against anti-social elements have arrested 28 lawbreakers including seven kite sellers besides recovering 3275 grams charras, 75 liters liquor, a 30 bore pistol with 29 rounds, 1348 kites and 18 kite flying string rolls from their possession.

According to a police spokesman, Civil Line police netted Sajid for having 1250 grams charras. Gujar Khan police rounded up Ahmar and recovered 1190 grams charras. Gunjmandi police arrested Ehtasham for carrying 10 liters liquor.

Sadiqabad police also recovered 10 liters liquor from the possession of Zahid while five liters liquor from Daniyal. Taxila police apprehended Idrees with 10 liters liquor. Other accused were sent behind the bars for having illegal weapons, drugs and liquor.

Meanwhile, Waris Khan, New Town and Rawat police conducted raids and held kite sellers namely Abbas, Gul Zaib, Aziz Waqar, Arshad, Naeem, Babar and Sarmad and recovered 1348 kites and 18 string rolls.
