3 kg heroin seized

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2018 ) :The Customs and Airport Security Force (ASF) Sunday foiled a bid to smuggle 3kg ice heroin abroad, worth millions of Rupee from a passenger traveling from the Islamabad International Airport.

According to ASF official, a passenger namely Rehmat Zaib was intended to go to UAE. During the search, the officials recovered 3 kg ice heroin which were hidden in tea bags tactfully.

Later on, he was shifted to the ANF police station in Rawalpindi, where a case wasregistered against him and investigation was underway.
