37 Held With Drugs, Weapons

MULTAN,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th August, 2016) : The police claimed on Tuesday to have arrested 37 outlaws and recovered drugs and illegal weapons from their possession here on Tuesday. Police teams arrested six drug peddlers and four illegal weapon holders and recovered 31 litre liquor, 835 gram Hashish, three pistols, two guns 12-bore and bullets from their possession.
Two kite sellers were arrested with 103 kites and chemical coated string. Teams also apprehended 16 proclaimed offenders wanted by police in different cases of dacoity, robbery, theft etc. Meanwhile, three motorcyclists were arrested for doing wheelie, five outlaws were held for decanting LPG and another outlaw arrested for giving wrong information on police emergency helpline 15.
Cases have been registered against the accused.
