
3rd KCSA Beach Games To Kick Off From July 30

KARACHI,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th july, 2016) : The 3rd KCSA Beach Games 2016 will commence from 30 July here. The President of Karachi City sports Association (KCSA), Muhammad Aslam Khan said this while addressing press conference here at Karachi Press Club Thursday. "Men and Women players are participating in more than 40 games from different parts of the country", he revealed in the conference. More than 700 players would participate in the Games at Karachi, he added. The games are being organized to promote healthy society where the concept of inter-city games would be encouraged to be organized at Karachi and other cities in the country, he said.
Each players would be provided Rs 150 per day along with the lunch, he said adding if any player come outside Karachi, he would be provided accommodation and other facilities. Beach Games to be played here are Tennis, Volleyball, shooting ball, Judo, Cycling, Boxing, Basket Ball and others. The event would be inaugurated by Administrator KMC Liaq Ahmed while Karachi Commissioner Aijaz Ahmed would be chief guest on the concluding ceremony of the event, he added. He also urged Sindh government to appoint Minister for Sports Ministry.
