40 Outlaws Arrested In Kohat

The police Saturday arrested forty suspects during series of raids conducted in various localities of the city.

KOHAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Nov, 2018 ) :The police Saturday arrested forty suspects during series of raids conducted in various localities of the city.

According to police, raids were conducted on the directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Kohat Wahid Mehmood in areas of Sheikhan, Bahadur Kote, Togh villages of Kohat and Afghan refugee camp Shen Dhand.

Forty suspects including two drug sellers, two Afghans and four facilitators of proclaimed offenders were arrested.

Two Kalashnikovs, two repeaters, two rifles, 14 pistols, hundreds of cartridges, three Kilogram hashish and four bottles of alcohol were also recovered from possession of the arrested.

Meanwhile, the police arrested two lady smugglers who were trying to smuggle ten kilograms of hashish from Peshawar to Karachi during a search near Muslim Abad on Indus highway.
