44 Arrested, Drugs, Weapons Seized

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th july,2016) : The capital city police Tuesday conducted search operation in different areas of the city and arrested 44 persons including eight Afghan nationals.
An official of the police said that search operations were carried out in Sarband and Pishtakhara and arrested 16 persons including five Afghan refugees.
The official said that twenty-eight more suspects were arrested in a search operation in Bahanmari area which included three Afghan nationals and 17 suspects.
Arms and ammunition besides drugs were also recovered from their possession.
