450 Registered Shops In Boulton Market Are Safe : MC Dr. Saif

Metropolitan Commissioner (MC) Dr. Syed Saif-ur-Rehman said that 450 registered the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) shops at the Boulton Market are safe because all these are inside their limits.
He said the shopkeepers have cooperated by voluntarily removing the illegal structures and sheds.
He said that district administration, police, ranges, cantonment boards, district municipal corporations, K-Electric, SSGC and others are also on board in the joint work.
Meanwhile, senior director anti-encroachments Bashir Siddiqui said that action was carried out around Water Pump market - district Central on Friday where all sorts of encroachments were removed from footpaths.
