5 Killed As Coach Plunges Into Canal In Dera Ghazi Khan

Five people were killed when a passenger coach fell into Chashma canal in Dera Ghazi Khan district on early Monday morning, the police said.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Dec, 2018 ) :Five people were killed when a passenger coach fell into Chashma canal in Dera Ghazi Khan district on early Monday morning, the police said.
According to details , the accident occurred at Dera Ismail Khan, near Tunsa when the driver of the Karachi-bound passenger coach lost the control and the vehicle plunged into the Chashma canal, Police sources said.
Several passengers were also feared drowned, rescue police mentioned.
The bus was carrying total 22 people when it plunged down the canal, Police rescued added.
Rescue team reached the scene and shifted the injured to the hospital.
Rescuers were rescued the survivors and recover the bodies from the Cannal.
The police said that the driver's over speeding and negligence caused the accident.
