55 Suspects Held In Search Operation

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th August, 2016) : Islamabad Police along with Rangers and other security agencies on Saturday conducted search operation in various areas of Industrial Area police station and arrested 55 suspects, a police spokesman said. According to details, officers/officials of Islamabad Police, Pak Rangers and other security agencies conducted search operation in various areas of Industrial-Area police station.

A total of 55 suspects were arrested while arms ammunition and eight bikes were also impounded having no documents. SSP Islamabad Sajid Kiani said that the purpose of this search operation is to ensure high vigilance in the city and every effort will be made to ensure protection to the lives and property of citizens.

He also appealed the citizens to remain vigilant and inform police in case of any suspicious activity around them.
