561,815 Calls Received At PSCA Emergency Helpline-15 During Two Months

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Mar, 2018 ) ::As many as 561,815 calls were received at Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) Emergency Helpline-15 during first two months of 2018, out of which 438,800 (78%) calls were rendered as bogus or fake calls.

The cases were registered on 51,806 calls, whereas 30,486 calls were related to information and consultation only.

According to data, 4,815 calls were reported about burglary and theft, while 1,194 calls were related to harassment.

About 39 calls about attempt of murder, 494 kidnapping and 1,520 calls were related to aerial firing. For loud-speaker act violation, road blockade and motorcycle snatching 30, 194 and 84 complaints were received respectively, at emergency helpline. APP/hsn/zqr
