9 Liquor Suppliers Arrested, Over 100 Liter Liquor Seized

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Aug, 2024) In a significant operation, Police have arrested nine liquor suppliers and confiscated more than 100 liter liquor from their possession here Tuesday.

According to police spokesman, R.A Bazaar police apprehended Arshad Mehmood and recovered 50 liters of liquor from his possession.

Similarly, Rata Amral police held Zeeshan and confiscated 20 liters liquor from his custody.

While, Waris Khan police arrested Murad with 10 liter liquor and 06 liter liquor was found from Sabir while 05 liter liquor each was also recovered from Sajid and Parvaiz.

In Gujjar Khan, police seized 10 liters from Aqib and 05 liters each was confiscated from Waqas Yusuf and Shahzad.

Police have registered separate cases against all the accused and started further investigation.

City Police Officer (CPO) Syed Khalid Mehmood Hamdani commended police team and said that strict action will be taken against such anti social elements.
