9th Moharram Processions Peacefully Culminate In Hangu

The mourning processions of 9th Moharam were peacefully culminated here on Thursday where speakers paid glowing tributes to the matchless sacrifices offered by Hazrat Imam-e- Hussain (AS) and his companions for supremacy of Islam.
HANGU, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Sep, 2018 ) :The mourning processions of 9th Moharam were peacefully culminated here on Thursday where speakers paid glowing tributes to the matchless sacrifices offered by Hazrat Imam-e- Hussain (AS) and his companions for supremacy of islam.
The main procession was taken out from residence of Jawad Hussain Mohalla Saidan Sheikh. The Azadars passed through their prescribed routes and peacefully culminated at Quami Imambargah Paskali.
The religious scholars shed light on importance of Karbala's tragedy and matchless sacrifices offered by Hazrat Imam e Hussain (AS) and his 72 companions for supremacy of divine religion of Islam.
Police and law enforcement agencies have made tight security arrangements on this occasion.
Water and milk (sabeels) have been arranged for facilitation of Azadars. The processions were monitored through helicopters and CCTV cameras.
The movement of Afghan refugees was restricted to camps and processions routes were sealed. Mobilephone services were also suspended temporary.
