#AC Sialkot Sonia Sadaf: Initial Investigative Report Holds The Officer Responsible

The report which has been tabled before Prime Minister Imran Khan for final decision on the fate of Sonia Sadaf says that the female officer committed negligence and stayed inside her air-conditioned car when the consumer was complaining about substandard and poor vegetable and fruits.
LAHORE: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-May 6th, 2021) Assistant Commissioner Sonia Sadaf has been declared responsible for what happened in Ramazan Bazar in Sialkot.
An initial investigation report has proven female officer Sonia Sadaf as guilty. It says that Sonia Sadaf was sitting in her air-conditioned vehicle when a woman consumer complained about substandard fruits and vegetables in Ramazan Bazaar.
The report which has also been presented to Prime Minister Imran Khan says that the woman consumer also complained about profiteering. Special Assistant to Punjab Chief Minister Dr.Firdous Ashiq Awan was on the visit when the woman complained and the Assistant Commissioner was not present there.
The report has also established that Sonia Sadaf attitude towards Special Assistant to Punjab Chief Minister Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan was very rude.
According to the reports, Prime Minister Imran Khan will decide the fate of Assistant Commissioner Sonia Sadaf in light of the government’s investigative report.
The most of the bureaucrats and officers do not pay heed towards what common citizen are facing and do not sincerely do their job and duties rather enjoy perks and privileges.
A senior officer seeking anonymity told this scribe that many bureaucrats are involved in corruption and making money and that they mostly think that they are born to rule the public.
“The officers keep the politicians away from the facts and keep them limited only to protocols,” he said.
Punjab Health Secretary Nabeel Awan is only leaves only because his ego was hurt. The sources say that the Punjab Health Secretary minded it that he suspended a doctor but he was restored.
On May 3, #ACSialkot (Assistant Commissioner) became top trend on social media after Special Assistant to Punjab Chief Minister Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan lambasted Assistant Commissioner Sonia Sadaf during her visit to a crowded Ramadan Bazaar in the city.
Firdous Ashiq Awan inspected the food items and found them poor and substandard at one of the stalls and sought explanation from Assistant Commissioner Sonia Sadaf.
A video clip went viral on social media in which the Special Assistant to Punjab Chief Minister is seen snubbing Assistant Commissioner.
“Why didn’t you check? You are paid for this. Who b…..t…has appointed you?,” shouted Firdous Ashiq Awan at the Assistant Commissioner in the crowd who left from there.
It has been observed for the first time that a politician has used “such harsh words” against any officer openly in a market place.
Political leaders and social media users are making different comments on the incident.
