Action To Be Taken Against 'rapists' According To Law: Gill

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2019 ) :Punjab Chief Minister's Spokesperson Dr Shahbaz Gill on Sunday assured the rape victim girl that action would be taken against the culprits according to law.

Dr Gill, who visited the girl at her house here, also assured her of full support.

The victim informed the spokesperson about the ill-treatment meted to her by the police.

She alleged that she was raped by Muhammad Naseer, Rashid Minhas, Muhammad Azeem and Amir and expressed the hope that justice would be done in her case.

City Police Officer Rawalpindi Captain (retd) Muhammad Faisal Rana was also present on the occasion.

It may be added that a duty magistrate granted five day physical remand of the accused to the police. The accused were brought to court amid tight security.
