Administrative, Financial Matters Of Parks And Horticulture Authority To Be Resolved Soon: Chairman

Chairman, Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA), Ejaz Hussain Janjua said administrative and financial matters of the Authority would soon be resolved.
Talking to the media during his visit to water works road here on Saturday, he said that park committees were being formed to ensure the beautification and security arrangements at the parks. He said the committees would visit parks on daily basis and resolve the issues on priority.
Janjua added that the local people living nearby parks had been nominated in the committees.
He said attendance of security guards and gardeners was being ensured strictly.
PHA officials had been warned that there would be no the compromise on cleanliness of parks, he said adding, work continue for the construction of boundary wall, walking tracks and other development projects in various parks.
Speaking on the occasion, Director Horticulture Hafiz Naeem Abbas said tree plantation campaign was continued in the parks and all possible resources were being utilized to ensure maximum tree plantation in the parks.
