Ahsan ul Haq of PML wins PP-249 election

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Jul, 2018 ) :Pakistan Muslim League's (PML) candidate Ahsan ul Haq has won election from Punjab Assembly constituency PP-249 Bahawalpur -V by securing 48,393 votes.

According to unofficial results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz's (PML-N) Khali Mehmood Jaj stood second by getting 47,840 votes.

The third position was grabbed by Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf's Farzana Rauf with 10,406 votes.

The voters' turnout was recorded at 62.46 %.
