Federal Flood Commission (FFC) has reported all main Rivers Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi and Sutlej are flowing normal where water situation at reservoirs have observed slight decline.

According to the daily FFC report on Monday, the actual river flows and reservoir elevations indicates that Tarbela Dam is at 1532.63 feet, 17.37 feet below its maximum conservation level (MAL) and Mangla reservoir at 64 feet below its MAL of 1242 feet which is 1178 feet.

The present combined live storage of three reservoirs is 8.303 million acre feet (MAF) (60.

69 per cent of the total storage capacity of 13.681 MAF).

According to Flood Forecasting Division (FFD), Lahore, Monsoon Low is likely to develop over Bay of Bengal (India) during next 24 hours and is expected to move West-Northwestwards.

The report further said yesterday's trough of Westerly Wave over Kashmir has moved away Eastwards, whereas Weak Seasonal Low continues to prevail over Northern Balochistan.

For the next 24 hours, the FFD has predicted has predicted mainly dry weather over most parts of Pakistan and no significant rainfall event has been reported during past 24 hours.
