The botanical garden is a part of Green House that is maintained by the University's gardeners on regular basis. We are making it an exemplary one in line with concept of Green Pakistan, keeping in view the guideline of the Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Zia-Ul-Qayyum, she added.
The Green House also augments beauty and research environment of the University. The botanical garden will have documented collections of living plants for the purposes of scientific research, conservation, display and education.
The University has the distinction of running various academic courses relating to horticulture development. Such research-based garden was the dire need of the students.
