Another Accused Died In NAB's Custody

Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th March, 2019) Another accused Raja Asim died in NAB's custody owing to delay of medication. The inner sources stated that the main accused those who done financial corruption had escaped aboard and the person who did nothing died in NAB custody.According to detail, accused Raja Asim was arrested in stock exchange corruption case five years back, however two month earlier disease Pneumonia griped him and he shifted just seven days earlier in hospital.At that time disease badly damaged his health.
However, he died at NAB custody five days earlier and NAB Lahore officials hadn't disclosed this news and kept silent on it.
Sources stated that Raja Asim was in NAB Lahore custody during the past five years and real accused of this case escaped abroad without any fear.While talking to "Online" victim mother stated;" My son was innocent and turned victim of NAB cruelty and carelessness.
"He could survive if provide timely medication of pneumonia' she added.It was worth mentioned here that a former chief executive officer (CEO) of University of Sargodha's Lahore campus Mian Javed Ahmed, who was in Camp Jail in connection with a National Accountability Bureau (NAB) inquiry had also died in prison reportedly of cardiac arrest few months earlier.
