
Anti-Congo Virus Drive Launched In Bahawalpur Division

BAHAWALPUR,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Augst,2016) : Cattle Market Management Company (CMMC) has launched a drive for the spray of anti-Congo virus at 10 cattle markets in Bahawalpur division. This was briefed in a high level meeting of CMMC and administration officials at Commissioner office Bahawalpur.
Chairman board of Directors CMMC and Commissioner Bahawalpur Division Saqib Zafar presided over the meeting. The meeting was briefed in details about various preventive measures to check the prevalence by the concerned officials of the CMMC with the collaboration of department of Live Stock.
Special teams of department of Live Stock would be stationed at all the Cattle Markets to ensure high safety measures to have a Congo Virus free environment on the eve of Eid-ul-Azha in all the Cattle Markets in Bahawalpur division. Concerned officials of Live Stock and CMMC were directed to sharpen their vigil by mobilizing all available resources to ensure a Congo virus free atmosphere in all the cattle markets in Bahawalpur division.
