An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Wednesday while resuming the hearing of Mumbai Attack case has asked for government report from prosecution as soon as possible for early conclusion of the case.
The case is in the court since 2009 whereas no further enhancement was witnessed in the case so far as well as no charges were framed yet.
Five accused had already filed bail application in the case which the court had adjourned due to the lack of government report in the matter.
The FIA prosecutor sought adjournment in the case as he told the honorable court that various meetings were being conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in this regard with Indian government officials and assured that soon it would be produced in the court.
ATC Judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi adjourned the hearing till November 28, at the prosecution's request.
The court is also hearing bail application of the five accused allegedly involved in the case.
