Anti-Terrorism Court Testifies Two Witnesses In Barrister Fahad Murder Case

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad Wednesday testified two prosecution witnesses in a case pertaining to the murder of Barrister Fahad Malik

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jan, 2019 ) :The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad Wednesday testified two prosecution witnesses in a case pertaining to the murder of Barrister Fahad Malik.

ATC Judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi heard the case. Two prosecution witnesses investigation officers Muhammad Yousaf and Abdul Rashid deposed their testimony.

Their examination-in-chief was conducted by the prosecution whereas the cross-examination will be held on next date of hearing.

Two eye-witnesses Malik Hussnain and Malik Tariq had already testified before the court.

Three accused, including Arshad Mehmood, Nouman Khokhar and Raja Hashim, had been indicted in the case.

The Shalimar police had booked the accused and others after Fahad Malik was gunned down in Sector F-10/3 of the Federal Capital in the early hours of August 15, 2016.

The hearing was adjourned till January 25.
