The Anti-Terrorist Court has granted seven days custody remand of two alleged terrorists to Phuleli Police on Tuesday.
HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Sep, 2018 ) :The Anti-Terrorist Court has granted seven days custody remand of two alleged terrorists to Phuleli Police on Tuesday.
The accused Niaz Hussain s/o Ali Gul Lashari r/o Village Wada Dhakan Garhi Yaseen Shikarpur and Bilal Chandio s/o Abdul Latif Chandio r/o Khairpur Nathan Shah district Dadu were arrested by Phuleli Police during a raid at Effendi Town here late Monday night, the Police informed.
According to Police, both got training in India and Afghanistan and were planning to commit acts of terrorism during Muharram ul Haram. The Police seized a pistol, one homemade bomb having five kilograms explosive material and four hand grenades from arrested persons.
After registering case against the arrested persons under relevant laws, the Police today produced them before the Judge of Anti-Terrorist Court Hyderabad from where the Judge granted seven days custody to Phuleli Police.
