Application Filed For Disqualification Of MNA Mohsin, Ali Wazir

An application has been filed in the provincial Election Commission for disqualification of MNA Mohsin Dawar and Ali Wazir as both of them involved in anti-state activities
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Jun, 2019 ) :An application has been filed in the provincial Election Commission for disqualification of MNA Mohsin Dawar and Ali Wazir as both of them involved in anti-state activities.
The application was filed by former Chairman of Pakistan Democratic Party, Fateh Yab Khalid trough his lawyer in the Election Commission with a prayer that both MNAs` should be disqualified under article 62 and 63 of the constitution as they violated oath of Election Commission.
The applicant also demanded a ban on political activities of both MNAs,Mohsin Dawar is MNA from NA-48 and Ali Wazir from NA-50.
