PESHAWAR, Jan 5 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 05th Jan, 2017 ) : The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has appointed Raja Muhammad Zubair, as Additional Advocate General, Abbottabad on contract basis in the public interest with effect.

He was previously working as Assistant Advocate General Abbottabad. The newly appointed Additional Advocate General shall be entitled to such emoluments and allowances permissible under the rules.

He shall not be allowed private practice or legal advisor ship of any kind and not be paid any fee for opinion work of the Provincial Government.

His appointment is liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reason or notice.

It was notified by Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights Department KP. Meanwhile, KP government has transferred Muntazir Khan (PCS EG BS-19) Director Building Control, Galiyat Development Authority Abbottabad to Additional Secretary, Auqaf Department and Muhammad Masood (PMS BS-18) awaiting posting in Establishment Department as Additional Secretary Environment Department.

It was notified by Establishment Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
