Army Assisted Plantation Drive Starts In Dir

A tree plantation drive was kicked off in Upper Dir area of Tosu with assistance of Pakistan Army where thousands of saplings of different species were planted.
DIR UPPER, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Aug, 2018 ) :A tree plantation drive was kicked off in Upper Dir area of Tosu with assistance of Pakistan Army where thousands of saplings of different species were planted.
The drive was started in supervision of Pakistan Army's 184 Wing, Dir Scouts Dilfaraz in Tosu area wherein four thousands saplings of pine trees were planted.
Local people also took part in the plantation drive and highly commended the Army's role in adding greenery to the area.
The people on this occasion were asked to plant more and more saplings as it was a continuous noble deed and help clean the environment.
The area people pledged to actively participate inplantation drive and said this will help create a healthy environment in oursurroundings.
