Arrangements completed to welcome 'Azadi Train'

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th August, 2016) : All arrangements have been completed to receive 'Azadi Train', which is scheduled to reach here at 10pm on Tuesday. A spokesman for Pakistan Railways said that Khalid Mehmood Chaudhry has been appointed as focal person to receive the train participants.

The train started its journey from Islamabad for Karachi. He said the 'Azadi Train' comprising 18 bogies was profusely decorated with national flags, buntings, banners and portraits of heroes of the Independence Movement. The train will stay at Faisalabad Railway Station the whole night and proceed to Gujrat on Wednesday morning.
