Arrangements Finalized To Observe Martyrdom Day Of Hazrat Ali (R.A)

Arrangements to observe martyrdom day of Hazrat Ali (R.A) have been finalized in a meeting held here on Thursday with deputy commissioner Naushahro Feroze Captain (R) Bilal Shahid Rao in chair
Besides concerned officials of lined departments, the meeting was attended by Moulana Abdur Rehman Dangraj, Syed Akhtiar Hussain Naqvi, Moulana Muhammad Arif, Syed Muhammad Akbar Shah and other scholars.
The DC said that contingents of Rangers, Police and Scouts would be deputed to ensure security of processions and congregations while ambulances along with para medical staff would also be available.
He also instructed to cancel leaves of doctors and other allied staff posted at all hospitals, basic health units and centers.
He asked municipal officials to clear the procession route of every obstacle by removing garbage, construction material and other such items.
SSP Captain (r) Tarique Wilayat briefed the meeting that 12 Majalis (congregations) and 11 processions would be organized and 900 police personnel would perform special duties. Patrolling vehicles of Police and Rangers would escort the processions, he added.
