The hearing of Ashiana Housing Scandal has been adjourned till March 27 due to leave of the Accountability Court judge Najam-ul-Hasan
Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th March, 2019) The hearing of Ashiana Housing Scandal has been adjourned till March 27 due to leave of the Accountability Court judge Najam-ul-Hasan.AC Duty Judge Jawad-ul-Hasan took up the Ashiana Housing case for hearing on Saturday being AC Admin judge Najam-ul-Hasan on leave.During the course of hearing, Fawad Hassan Fawad, Ahad Cheema and other suspects appeared before the court.AC Judge observed, "Where is Hamza Shehbaz, why did he not reach court till yet."On it counsel said that Hamza Shehbaz is on his way to the court.
Former Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif said that NAB has prepared a pack of lies against him.Upon it AC judge remarked, "This is not my case, you should tell all this to the court on the stipulated time".Court observed that suspects will be indicted on the next hearing.Court has also summoned the witnesses on next hearing.Court while allowing Shehbaz Sharif to mark attendance adjourned the hearing till March 27 being admin judge on leave.
