ATC Extends Judicial Remand Of Accused In Fahad Malik Murder Case

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -23rd Sep,2016) : An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday extended the judicial remand of Raja Arshad and Noman Khokhar, the accused in murder case of Barrister Fahad Malik, till October 7.
Special Judge of ATC resumed hearing of the case of nephew of former Chairman Senate Muhammad Mian Soomro.
Islamabad police produced the both accused in the court in high security. The Judge ordered the irrelevant persons to leave the court room during hearing of the case.
After hearing the arguments from the Investigation Officer and lawyers, the court extended judical remand of both accused for further 14 days. The court also directed to submit challan of the case in the next hearing which would be held on October 7.
