Balochistan High Court Heard 33 Appeals Against Appellate Tribunal

A two member bench of Balochistan High Court (BHC) comprising Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Nazir Lango heard the cases regarding 33 appeals against appellate tribunal decisions on Monday.
QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Jul, 2018 ) :A two member bench of Balochistan High Court (BHC) comprising Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Nazir Lango heard the cases regarding 33 appeals against appellate tribunal decisions on Monday.
During the hearing, PPP's Balochistan President Ali Madad Jatak and nominated candidate from Nasirabad, Babu Mohammad Amin Umrani, were disqualified.
High Court rejected more than 10 petitions filed by candidates and voters of various Constituencies, including former Senator Mohabat Khan Marri, Sher Mohammad Marri, Abdul Karim Khaitran and Zahida Parveen.
Justice Naeem Akhtar and Justice Nazir Lango, while announcing the verdict of PB-10 Dera Bugti, independent candidate Nawab Mir Ali Bugti's case, allowed him to participate in upcoming elections.
BHC bench after completing arguments regarding BAP's President Jamal Khan, PTI'S provincial president Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind and BAP's nominated candidate for Kharan Shoaib Nosharwani cases, reserved the judgements.
