Balochistan High Court Justice Muhammad Noor Meskanzai Laid Foundation Stone Of Judicial Complex, Dalbandin

Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Mohammad Noor Meskanzai on Friday said that each individual has to play his role for the betterment of the society.
QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Aug, 2018 ) :Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Mohammad Noor Meskanzai on Friday said that each individual has to play his role for the betterment of the society.
He expressed these views while addressing a function held after laid the foundation stone of a judicial complex building in Dawoodabad, Dalbandin. Justice Muhammad Hashim Kakar, President of Chagai Bar Association Shakoor Badini Advocate, also addressed the occasion.
He said that the judiciary is providing equal justice to all people, the rest of the institutions should also fulfill their responsibilities.
Chief Justice Muhammad Noor Meskanzai said that no society can be developed without justice, equity and equality.
He further said that judiciary is making all efforts to provide legal court services to people of far flung areas at their door steps.
He ratified all the demands of the Chagai Bar Association and approved the positioning of several judiciary judges in Dublin and Taftan.
He said that provision of basic life facilities to masses including standard education and health, is government's top priority, but common educated man should also play role in this regard and cooperate with the government.
He said that judiciary does not aim to delay the court cases and waste complainants time, complainants should urge their lawyers to proceed their cases in given time period.
Later on, he also visited Prince Fahad Hospital Dalbandin and Government Boys Degree College Dalbandin. Justice Hashim Kakar, Justice Abdullah Baloch, Commissioner Quetta Division Muhammad Hashim Ghazi, Deputy Commissioner Chagai Saifullah Khaitran, District and Sessions Judge Jan Mohammad Gohar, Registrar Magistrate Rozi Khan Bareach, Judicial Magistrate Dalbandin Rozi Khan Kakar, Sardar Najib Sanjrani, District Council Vice Chairman Haji Abdul Khaliq Sherwani, District Council Member Haji Ghulam Haider Mohammad Hassani, Mir Sona Khan Rind were also present along him.
Justice Muhammad Hashim Kakarr and some other officials onthis occasion gifted cash amount to the degree college students for study tour.
