Balochistan High Court Upholds Decision To Disqualify PPP Candidate Ali Madad Jatak For Elections

Balochistan High Court has upheld Appellate Tribunal's decision to disqualify Provincial President Pakistan Peoples Party Ali Madad Jatak for contesting the upcoming general election.

QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Jul, 2018 ) :Balochistan High Court has upheld Appellate Tribunal's decision to disqualify Provincial President Pakistan Peoples Party Ali Madad Jatak for contesting the upcoming general election.

A two member bench of High Court comprising Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Nazir Lango announced verdict of the case in Quetta today.

The bench retained verdict of Returning Officer and Appellate Tribunal in the case.

Ali Maddad Jatak had filed his nomination papers for PB-31 Quetta and had challenged the verdict of his disqualification by Returning Officer and Appellate Tribunal in the high court.
