Ban imposed on sale of Ice (drug) in Malakand

In order to curb the menace of ICE (drug), the Deputy Commissioner Malakand, Shahid Mehmood has imposed complete ban on the sale and purchase of Ice (drug) in District Malakand through section 144 CrPC.

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Sep, 2018 ) :In order to curb the menace of ICE (drug), the Deputy Commissioner Malakand, Shahid Mehmood has imposed complete ban on the sale and purchase of Ice (drug) in District Malakand through section 144 CrPC.

The ban would remain in force for a period of one month, whileviolators of this order shall be punishable under section 188 of Pakistan PPCsaid a notification issued here on Tuesday.
