Ban On Brandishing Of Arms, Pillion Riding In Tank

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -29th Sep,2016) : District Administration Tank, Ahmad Khan under section 144 has imposed ban on carrying arms, use of loud speaker, pillion riding in the limits of the district from Ist Muharram to Youm-e-Ashoor.
This order shall extend to the entire district Tank with effect from 1st Muharram to 10th midnight. Any person violating the ban would be prosecuted under 188 Pakistan Panel Code.
The order will also apply on lethal weapons including cudgel, swords, spear, bludgeons, guns, knives, sticks or any other articles which are capable of being used for causing physical violence and carrying of any corrosive substance or explosives, collection or preparation of stones, missiles or instruments of means of casting or impelling in public places, selling of open petrol, all kind of constructions on the route of processions, playing of religious, sectarian audio video cassettes, publications of objectionable religious sectarian posters, pamphlets, wall chalking and use of loud speakers, sound amplifiers at public places, hate material and objectionable books, selling of LPG&CNG cylinder on route of processions, pillion riding from 9th to 10th muharram, entry on banned sunni ulemas, shia zakirs, fiery speeches, public rallies and gatherings , standing at rooftops of all buildings and houses on processions routes and imambargahs, staying of strangers in hotels and houses which fall on the routes of processions and imambargah premises.
