Ban On Pillion Riding During Muharram In Quetta

Home Department of Balochistan on Tuesday imposed ban on pillion riding and use of loudspeakers during Muharram in the province.
QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Sep, 2018 ) :Home Department of Balochistan on Tuesday imposed ban on pillion riding and use of loudspeakers during Muharram in the province.
According to a press release issued here, in accordance with Section 144 pillion-ride vehicles will be banned from Muharram 1 to 10, in ten districts including Quetta, Jaffarabad, Nasirabad, Khuzdar, Harnai, Mastung, Bolan, Kachhi, Loralai and Sibi.
Balochistan government had also imposed banned on sale of sectarian hatred magazines, books, CDs and display of weapons.
