Bilawal Bhutto Wants To Meet Nawaz Sharif In Jail

Bilawal Bhutto has sent a request to Interior Department Punjab in this regard.
Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 9th March, 2019) Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto wants to meet former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in Kot Lakhpat Jail today.
The PPP chairman and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo are likely to meet today.
Bilawal Bhutto has sent a request to Interior Department Punjab in this regard.
The application stated that Bilawal Bhutto wants to meet Nawaz Sharif today.
Bilawal Bhutto wants to inquire about the health of the former prime minister, the application added.
Bilawal Bhutto will be able to meet Nawaz Sharif after approval from the interior department.
Incarcerated former prime minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday again refused to be relocated to a hospital for treatment despite requests by his family members after Prime Minister Imran Khan directed Punjab government to provide best medical treatment to the PML-N head.
Leader of Opposition in National Assembly and former Punjab CM Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz PML-N leader Khawaja Asif, Hamza Shehbaz and Sharif's personal doctor called on the former prime minister at Kot Lakhpat Jail.
They tried to convince Sharif to get admitted to a hospital for treatment but the PML-N supremo while once again refusing said that he is fine in jail and cannot make fun of himself.
