Bill Seeking Extension Of KP Laws Into Erstwhile PATA Moved In PA

Minister for Law Sultan Muhammad Khan Wednesday tabled 'The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Continuation of Laws in Erstwhile Provincially Administered Tribal Areas (PATA) Bill 2018' in the provincial assembly seeking extension of provincial laws in the erstwhile PATA which merged into KP.
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Dec, 2018 ) :Minister for Law Sultan Muhammad Khan Wednesday tabled 'The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Continuation of Laws in Erstwhile Provincially Administered Tribal Areas (PATA) Bill 2018' in the provincial assembly seeking extension of provincial laws in the erstwhile PATA which merged into KP.
The KP assembly session began here with speaker Mushtaq Ghani in the chair.
The bills has been moved in the pursuance of the (twenty fifth amendment) Act, 2018 of the constitution.
Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Sultan Muhammad Khan also moved 'The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Child Protection and Welfare Amendment Bill 2018'.
Minister for Health Ehtisham Inamullah Khan presented a 'The Khyber Pakthunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms (Amendment) bill 2018.
