Blind Murder Traced; Accused Arrested

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jul, 2025) Buchiana police traced a blind murder and arrested an accused within 24 hours.

A police spokesman said here on Sunday that the police yesterday had received a call through Rescue 15 that some bandits were stealing solar plates when a man, Waris, produced resistance and they shot him dead.

Receiving information, City Police Officer (CPO) Sahibzada Bilal Umar took serious notice and directed the police to probe the matter and ensure immediate arrest of the accused.

A special team was formed under the supervision of the SP Jaranwala which investigated the incident and found that Waris was working at the Dera of a local farmer, Asif.

Over some issue, an altercation occurred between the farmer and his employee, which enraged the former and he shot the latter dead. Police arrested the accused.
