Call to establish Thalassemia Centre at THQ Alipur

MUZAFFARGARH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Dec, 2018 ) ::The people have demanded the Punjab government to establish Thalassemia Centre at Tehsil Headquarters hospital Alipur.

President Anjuman-e-Shehriyan Rana Amjid Ali Amjid in a press statement issued here on Sunday, said that patients were facing problems due to lack of Thalassemia Centre in the hospital.

He said that blood bank at the hospital also facing blood bags shortage and the poor people had to purchase blood bags from market.

He appealed to the government to ensure the facilities for Thalassemia patients at the hospital as early as possible.
