Campaign Against Profiteering Continues

SUKKUR, Jan 4 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Jan, 2017 ) : Following the directives of Deputy Commissioner, Sukkur, the district administration has speeded up its campaign against profiteers of fruit and vegetable vendors.

The profiteers of fruit and vegetable vendors were fined Rs 2000 on the each on the spot.

Action is also on the anvil against spurious drugs, while vendors failing to display price lists have also been punished.

Similarly during continuous action against hotels, bakeries, and food outlets, massive quantities of adulterated and unhygienic ketchup and other food had also been destroyed. The shopkeeper and food outlets have also been warned against unhygienic sanitation around their premises and directed to display price lists.
