Canadian Woman, Who Married Pakistani Man After Embracing Islam, Found Dead In Lahore

The 40-year-old woman had married Nasir Iqbal of Samanabad area of Lahore a few years ago.
Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 16th January, 2018) A Canadian woman, who had married a Pakistani man after embracing islam, was murdered in Lahore on Wednesday.
According to details, the 40-year-old woman had married Nasir Iqbal of Samanabad area of Lahore a few years ago.
The woman had changed her name to Safia Nasir after embracing Islam.
Safia has a nine-month-old son as well. Other than her husband and her son, he does not have any relatives in Pakistan.
According to police, Safia had committed suicide in Friends Colony area of Samanabad.
When police reached the site, Safia was already dead.
After collecting evidence, the police suspected that Safia was murdered by hanging her. The murder is being covered as suicide.
The police is further investigating with the help of forensic lab team
The pictures of this handsome police officer are going viral on social media. A murder case has been registered in the jurisdiction of Samanabad police.
