Case Registered Against Six Cops For Fake Encounter

MIRPURKHAS, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2017 ) : The District and Sessions Judge Mirpurkhas here on Wednesday passed an order to register an FIR against six policemen accused of killing a labor during an alleged police encounter.
A case was registered at the Khahan police station against In-charge CIA police Imam-ud-Din Chandio, SHO Mehran police station Mir Muhammad Keerio, and other officials including Nazar Muhammad Narejo, Mir Juman Muhammad Bakhsh Marri and two unidentified personnel.
The case was registered upon the complaint of deceased labor Ghulam Hyder's mother Huzoor Zadi. No arrests have been made yet however SHO Khahan police station Inspector Kanwar Singh talking to APP said that the accused would be arrested soon.
The mother of victim, Huzoor Zadi informed APP that her son was picked up by the said officials from their residence and was taken to the limits of Digri police station where he was allegedly killed in a fake encounter.
