CDA Muster Roll, Daily Wages Employees Protest Against Non Regularization Of Service

CDA management while defying blatantly its own Board's decision has failed to regularize Muster roll and daily wages employees

ISLAMABAD (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th March, 2019) CDA management while defying blatantly its own Board's decision has failed to regularize Muster roll and daily wages employees.CDA employees union chairman Aman Ullah Khan and Izhar Abbasi have said if the problems are not resolved as per CDA board decisions within a week then they will stage strong protest outside parliament.Over 1500 employees working on muster roll have gone over age after completion of 8 years service period but all their hopes have been shaken terribly due to a resounding NO from the CDA administration in terms of their regularization.As per CDA board decision CDA muster roll employees are promoted as daily wages employees after performing their duty for three years.

The daily wages employees stand legally promoted after completion of two years service.Unfortunately about 1500 employees are waiting anxiously since the last 8 years for their regularization of service order but their wait is becoming endless agony with dampening their hopes,According to sources CDA employees Union informed CDA chairman Amir Ahmad Ali about CDA board decision 2011 saying that the muster roll and daily wages employees continues to discharge their duties round the clock to beautify parks, green belts and parliament and they have now grown over age , therefore, they should be regularized forthwith.

The children of deceased employees of the CDA should be recruited against employees son quota.All the labor organizations of CDA has warned if the sitting chairman of CDA does not pay any heed to their demands regarding regularization of muster roll and daily wages employees then the government and CDA management will be responsible for any reaction from the employees.
